Meals
Our food is bought fresh each week and our on-site child nutritional Chef prepares our food daily.
We use a varied menu on a four week rotation. The menu is reviewed and all dietary requirements are taken into consideration (e.g. vegetarians and those with allergies).
A morning snack is provided and there is a full home-made cooked lunch and afternoon tea. The charge for this is included in the fees.
Drinks are provided regularly during the day, although parents are asked to supply bottles of formula milk for their babies.
The nursery offers a well balanced diet to include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, showing an awareness for a low salt and sugar diet.

Following on from the award opportunities for our nursery nurses we felt that there was somebody else at the nursery who deservce some for of recognition . We found out that schoolink ( the book people) are running "Dinner lady of the year"...
...So if you think our Janice is a smashing as we do then why not vote with your artistic side. To enter you can either write a peom, do a drawing, write about a favourite meal, or make any other fitting tribute on the attached 'plate' and the winning child will receive £100 worth of books!!
