Learning at ABC
The nurseries are OFSTED inspected by the Department for Education. This ensures we cover all areas of the curriculum.
We learn in an age-appropriate way, enabling each child to develop to their full potential at their own comfortable speed.
The following is a list showing some examples, but not all, of the areas we cover and the equipment available to facilitate the children's development:

Outdoor play: We offer an outside equipped play area which is grassed.
All our displays and equipment are labelled with words and pictures and made fully accessible to the children, giving them the opportunity to recognise words and their meanings. It also creates an environment of self-responsibility for the children.
Each child is encouraged to make their own decisions throughout the day, on their choice and variety of activities, enjoy participating in the activity, tidying it away, and then sharing their thoughts of that day with those around them.
